EN & TH! Two Languages in One Post

Hello there. Welcome back to Rainbow in the Summer Blog. I'm thrilled to announce that I will post in two languages which are Thai as my mother tongue and English as my second language. It took me for awhile to figure it out how I'm going to keep Thai readers and still write in English during readathon each year. First, I thought about posting in English only so I can gain more views in the future. But what about Thai readers then? Some Thais can read in English without any problems but some of them cannot though. Well... It would be better if I just write posts both in Thai and English.

And then the pattern is English edition first and then Thai. I also thought about Thai content under each English paragraphs. I'm not sure it will be a good idea, but it can be a bit messy, you know, for the readers. So... This is the result! Full English content then Thai. Of course, the meaning still the same :)

สวัสดีค่ะทุกคน ยินดีต้อนรับสู่บล็อก Rainbow in the Summer นะคะ เราทั้งตื่นเต้นและดีใจที่จะประกาศให้ทุกคนทราบว่าตั้งแต่โพสนี้เป็นต้นไปเราจะโพสสองภาษาแล้วนะคะ เริ่มที่ภาษาไทยที่เป็นภาษาแรกของเราและภาษาอังกฤษที่เราใช้เป็นภาษาที่สอง คือเราใช้เวลานานมากกว่าจะคิดได้ว่าจะทำยังไงเวลาเขียนบล็อกแล้วจะไม่เกิดปัญหากับผู้อ่าวชาวไทยกับต่างชาติ เพราะบางที่เราเขียนบล็อกเป็นภาษาอังกฤษด้วยเวลาเข้าร่วมอีเว้นท์ readathon เพราะเราต้องโพสอับเดทให้เพื่อนๆ ต่างชาติอ่านด้วยเหมือนกัน ตอนแรกเลยเรากะจะเขียนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษทั้งหมดเพื่อที่จะได้ยอดเข้าชมเพิ่มขึ้นอีกสักนิด แต่ก็กลายเป็นปัญหาสำหรับผู้อ่านชาวไทยอีก เพราะบางคนอ่านภาษาอังกฤษได้ บางคนอ่านไม่ได้ เราเลยจบปัญหาด้วยการเขียนมันทั้งสองภาษาไปเลยก็แล้วกัน ง่ายดีใช่ไหมล่ะ

ส่วนเรื่องรูปแบบจัดวางคิดไว้เลยคือบทความภาษาอังกฤษให้จบก่อนแล้วต่อด้วยภาษาไทย ก่อนหน้านี้กะจะรวมหนึ่งย่อหน้าให้มีทั้งสองภาษาแต่คิดๆ ดูแล้วมันดูจะรกๆ ไปหน่อย แถมอ่านแล้วดูจะสับสนน่าดู และนี่คือผลลัพท์ที่ได้ ออกมาหน้าตาบทความเป็นแบบนี้ ความหมายของทั้งภาษายังคงเหมือนเดิมสบายใจได้
